Bob Nelson once said:"You'll never get your employees to treat customers better than they feel the company is treating them.Assume that employees can go elsewhere, and treat themas if you'd prefer that they stay."
In these times when unemployment is high Managers sometimes find it tempting to get careless with the way they treat the staff. I would like to remind you while unemployment is high Customers are few, and the way you treat your staff could dictate how much of the few customers you attract and keep.
